Autumn can be many different colors. Can be red...and can definitely be y e l l o w ! I was waiting for the doctor with my oldest daughter  when we saw this beautiful yellow tree and we couldn't stop smiling looking at all the leaves. 

L'autunno può essere molti colori diversi. Può essere rosso...e può decisamente essere g i a l l o!  stavo aspettando il dottore con la mia bimba più grande quando abbiamo visto questo bellissimo albero giallo e non riuscivamo a smettere di sorridere guardando le foglie.

I have always thought of lemons like a summer fruit...well, my naturopath suggested me, a couple of weeks ago, to drink the juice on one lemon every morning, so lemons are definitely part of my autumnal yellow contour!

Ho sempre pensato ai limoni come ad un frutto estivo... la mia naturopata di fiducia mi ha consigliato, qualche settimana fa, di bere il succo di un limone ogni mattina, quindi i limoni sono decisamente diventati parte del mio giallo autunnale contorno!

Honey. We eat tons of honey but we are lucky enough to live near a girl who produces a delicious one (she showed to Zoe and Alma how to make it from the hive to the jar!). We use it to sweeten warm milk or ginger tea, we eat it with rusks or cheese... 

Miele. Ne mangiamo a quintali ma fortunatamente viviamo vicino ad una ragazza che ne produce uno delizioso (e che ha mostrato a Zoe e Alma come si fa dall'arnia al vasetto!). Lo usiamo per dolcificare il latte tiepido o il tea allo zenzero, lo mangiamo con le fette biscottate o con il formaggio...
